A Unified Future: From PERSOLKELLY to PERSOL

On 31 July 2025, PERSOLKELLY across the Asia Pacific will officially become PERSOL a change that marks more than just a new name. It’s the next chapter in our evolution as a unified, people-first workforce solutions brand across the region.

This shift brings us closer to the broader PERSOL Group and reflects how far we’ve come, growing to span 13 markets, partnering with thousands of clients and candidates, and simplifying our brand under one strong identity: PERSOL.

For me, this is more than a name change. It’s the continuation of a remarkable journey shaped by four incredible organisations that have left a lasting mark on the staffing industry:

  1. Kelly Services, pioneers of modern temporary staffing since 1946
  2. SKILLED, who helped shape workforce solutions in Australia from 1964
  3. Programmed, who evolved from paint services into one of Australia’s largest employers
  4. PERSOLKELLY, the largest workforce solutions provider in the Asia-Pacific

Learning from their legacies, building lasting relationships, and sharing in the pride of being part of something bigger than any one brand alone.

While our name changes, our purpose will not. The partnerships, services, and people you rely on will remain, now supported by a stronger, more consistent regional presence.

We’ve already proven what’s possible, launching a new brand back in 2020 during a pandemic, bringing together two teams remotely, and growing stronger through it all. That same spirit of adaptability and ambition now powers our future as PERSOL.

Our focus remains on creating meaningful work and strong partnerships, whether it’s through government, professional services, ICT, executive, or STEM roles, we’re committed to connecting great people with great employers, and helping both thrive.

To my team, thank you. Your resilience, history, and passion for putting people first continues to inspire. As we embrace this new chapter, I know we’ll continue to grow, together.
